We take care of the entire days itinerary stopping the Clare Valley’s top wineries big and small, covering all the valley’s unique terroir and subregions of the Hill River Valley (Polish Hill River), Clare Valley and the Skilly Valley.

Paulett’s Winery, located on top of a range with stunning views over the Polish Hill River Valley, is a seriously beautiful spot to settle down for lunch. Their ‘Bush Devine Cafe’ will provide yummy gourmet food.
Lunch is a choice of main with a glass of estate wine.
Pauletts cater for most diets and extra wine can be purchased by the glass if required

Itinerary
Your day begins when we pick you up from your Clare Valley accommodation, usually at around 10.30am. Pick-up times can vary slightly depending on where our other guests are staying, so we’ll be in touch the day before your tour if your timing is any different.
Before we head to our first winery, we’ll take a scenic drive through the Clare Valley and introduce you to what makes this wine region so special. We’ll venture through the vineyards, chat about the varieties grown here, and explore how Clare Valley’s unique landscape, climate and soils combine to produce some of Australia’s most celebrated wines.
We’ll visit two wineries before lunch and another two in the afternoon. We’ve carefully selected a great mix of Clare Valley favourites, from historic wineries with generations of stories to tell, to newer boutique producers doing exciting things with local wine. They’re all small, independently owned wineries where you can enjoy a relaxed tasting and get a genuine feel for the people and personalities behind the wines.
